Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in applicable currency
  • Payment must be completed before services are provided
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

Health Information Disclaimer

Cura360 does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Our services:

  • Do not replace a licensed healthcare professional
  • Should not be used in emergencies
  • Should be interpreted alongside professional medical advice

Test Results & Interpretation

  • Results are based on the data provided and laboratory analysis
  • While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that results are free from error
  • Users are responsible for how they act on the information provided

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Due to the nature of health testing services, we do not accept returns/ cancellations once a test has been processed, accessed or used, a sample has been collected or results have been delivered. If your test sample arrives contaminated, damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Cura360 provides informational health insights and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To provide accurate information
  • Not to misuse the platform
  • Not to reproduce or resell our services without permission

Limitation of Liability

Cura360 is not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on your results
  • Health outcomes resulting from use of the platform
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on Cura360 are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms.
